    1 sintering flue gas desulfurization technology :

S02 in the sintering flue gas is formed by the oxidation of sulfur in the sintering raw material by air during high-temperature sintering. Therefore, when determining the sintering raw material scheme, the raw material having a low sulfur content is appropriately selected and blended in accordance with the prescribed allowable emission amount of S02 to achieve the control of the amount of discharged SO 2 . In the large-scale sintering plant built in the 1970s, the sintering flue gas desulfurization method was adopted, and the desulfurization process was mostly the wet absorption method. At present, steel slag gypsum method, ammonium sulphate method, active coke adsorption method, electron beam irradiation method and the like are mainly used.

Converter gas LT dry electric dust removal system, the biggest advantage of wet dust removal is: dust concentration after dust removal is below 30 me, / m3; gas recovery dust concentration is below 10 mg / m3, It can be used directly by users; the fan has a long service life; the system has low resistance; the power consumption is about 40% of the dust removal system. 4 comprehensive utilization of steel slag

1) flux for steel smelting. Steel slag can be used as a sintering agent, which not only recovers Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe and other elements in the steel slag, but also improves the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine and the quality of the sintered ore, and reduces fuel consumption.

2) Steel slag is used as cement. The high alkalinity steel slag has good hydraulic properties. It can be combined with a certain amount of blast furnace slag, calcined gypsum, cement clinker and a small amount of activator to produce steel slag slag cement. Steel slag cement is an ideal dam cement and road cement with low hydration heat, high strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

3) Make road construction and backfill engineering materials. Steel slag crushed stone has the characteristics of high density, high strength, rough surface, good stability, good wear resistance and durability, and strong bonding with asphalt . It is widely used in railway, highway and engineering backfilling.

4) As a fertilizer and acid soil improver. Slag containing Ca, Mg, Si, P and other elements, when the slag of more than 4% P2O5, can be used as a low phosphorus fertilizer ground. Steel slag phosphate fertilizer can be used in acidic soil and phosphorus-deficient alkaline soil, and is also suitable for paddy field and dryland cultivation, and has a good yield increasing effect.

5) Recycling scrap. Steel slag generally contains 7% to 10% of scrap steel, and 90% of the scrap can be recovered after magnetic separation.
