Vacuum rake dryer has simple structure, easy operation, long life cycle, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and good product quality. It is especially suitable for oxidizing under high temperature, flammability and temperature regulation. Paste material drying, the machine has proved to be a good drying equipment after long-term use by the user.

Principle: The material to be dried is added in the middle of the upper part of the housing. Under the stirring of the reciprocating tooth, the material moves back and forth axially. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the housing is continuously updated and indirectly heated by the steam. Uniformly stirring, crushing of the crushed rod, so that the moisture on the surface of the material is discharged more favorably, and the vaporized moisture is vented from the outlet of the vacuum pump through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser.
