China and Saudi Arabia reach preliminary agreement on anti-dumping allegations of petrochemical products

Zhong Shan, deputy minister of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Assistant Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdullah Hamdi of Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, negotiated a four-day negotiation and reached a preliminary agreement on China’s anti-dumping accusations against Saudi Arabian petrochemical products. It was reported that both parties had made concessions to some extent, but we hope that the Saudi companies concerned will provide the necessary information as soon as possible.
Previously, the Saudi media and the exporting community reacted strongly to our anti-dumping investigations on Saudi exports of petrochemical products. Nongovernmental organizations even suggested that the Saudi government implement reciprocal measures on Chinese products.
