Since the wet granulator can effectively improve the compressibility and fluidity of the material and increase the uniformity and wet stability of the material, it is more commonly used in the production of the preparation.

The automation of the wet granulator not only improves the efficiency of pharmaceutical production, but also provides a safe and hygienic guarantee for pharmaceutical production. However, in routine maintenance and maintenance work, the wet granulator still has a lot of points to pay attention to, such as repair and maintenance. Only by paying attention to this, the wet granulator can better protect the production of medicines.

In general, the wet granulator can be maintained in four aspects. First, if the deactivation time is long, the operator must wipe the whole body of the machine cleanly. The smooth surface of the machine is coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth. Secondly, the machine is regularly inspected once a month to check the worm gear. Whether the movable parts such as worms and bearings are flexible and wearable, and defects should be repaired in time.

Third, the wet granulator should be placed in a dry and clean room. The atmosphere should not contain acids and other places where corrosive gases flow to the parts. Fourth, the wet granulator can be used after one use. When taking out the rotating drum to clean and brush the remaining powder in the bucket, then install it and prepare for the next use.

In terms of subdivision, from a time perspective, the wet granulator has different precautions in daily maintenance, half-year maintenance, and annual maintenance.

From the perspective of daily maintenance, the operator should check whether the machine is clean before starting the wet granulator. If there is dirt, clean it in time, wipe the inner wall of the pot and the surface of the machine with 75% alcohol; check the wet granulation. The machine compresses the air pressure and adjusts the air pressure valve in time; check the flexibility of the wet granulator mixing knife and timely repair or replace it.

Not only that, the operator also checks the rotational flexibility of the wet granulator cutter, if there is any abnormality, timely repair or replacement; check the wet granulator button switch indicator light, and repair or replace the parts; Wet granulator lid sealing ring, outlet sealing ring air tightness; check the flexibility of the discharge piston forward and backward, the flexibility of the stirring paddle and chopper knife and the rotation direction, the accuracy of the stirring cutting timer.

From the perspective of maintenance for half a year, the operator should pay attention to the wear of the synchronous belt of the wet granulator motor, replace the broken timing belt, and adjust the belt tensioning mechanism to make it moderately sized. Some lubricating oil can be properly added to the reducer, and the oil level should be no lower than the center line of the dipstick.

In addition, check the connection screws in the wet granulator cabinet for looseness and grease the oil cup; check the distribution box, remove dust, tighten the terminals, and check the operation of the inverter. Need to be reminded that after these inspections are completed, the maintenance schedule of the wet granulator should also be filled in time to facilitate reference during maintenance throughout the year.

From the perspective of maintenance throughout the year, the main power supply of the wet granulator should be cut off, and then the inside of the main machine should be thoroughly cleaned to remove oil and powder; the electrical components and instruments of the equipment should be inspected and replaced if there is aging damage; If the equipment is connected, if it is loose or corroded, handle it or replace it.

Of course, the effects of the components of the equipment should also be clearly identified, and the poor performance should be replaced. The operator must also adjust the clearance of each component when installing the equipment. If necessary, the main motor of the wet granulator can be dismantled to thoroughly clean the internal oil and powder.

Whether it is daily, or half a year, the whole year, the staff responsible for the maintenance of the wet granulator must fill in the equipment maintenance record, which is also a reflection of the previous maintenance work and the future handling problems. Only by doing this work and perfecting it can bring positive effects to the production of wet granulators, and further ensure the normal and safe production of medicines.
