1. (2) Inverter structure layout We designed the main circuit as a large unit, installed in the rear wall of the rectangular explosion-proof cavity, and the rear wall is joined with the heating element such as IGBT module and rectifier module through an excessive heat sink, and the outer wall of the explosion-proof casing is welded. The trough radiator, the excess radiator and the trough radiator are connected by a heat pipe. The heat generated inside the inverter is dissipated through the radiator heat sink slot on the rear wall of the explosion-proof chamber.
This solves the heat dissipation problem of the explosion-proof power distribution control box.
