2 maintenance content
2.1 minor repairs
2.1.1 overhaul mechanical seal;

Overhaul and quality standards
1 before maintenance preparation
1.1 All preparations shall comply with the requirements of safety, environmental protection and quality. 2 disassembly and inspection
2.1 Disassembly
2.1.1 Loosen the mechanical seal sleeve clamping ring locking screw, the sleeve and the shaft can move relative to;

3 maintenance quality standards
3.1 mechanical seal

3.2 rotor
3.2.1 Guide bushing cylindrical diameter and roundness deviation shall not be greater than the inner diameter of the bushing 1 ‰, but the maximum shall not exceed 0.05mm;
3.2.2 sleeve and shaft contact surface roughness should not be greater than Ra 1.6;
3.2.3 Impeller and shaft should be used with H7 / h6;
3.2.4 newly replaced impeller should be looking for static balance, the remaining unbalanced weight shall not be greater than the value given in Table 2.

3.4 assembly process adjustment and correction
3.4.1 rotor axial initial adjustment: the bottom of the adjustment bolt to the axial clearance adjusted to 0.30 ~ 0.40mm, with a lock nut locking;
3.4.2 pump and driver to find out: the coupling is correct, the radial deviation value should be less than 0.05mm, the axial deviation value should be less than 0.03mm;
3.4.3 Rotor lift: For the vertical limit bearing mounted on the motor vertical pump, with a rotating adjustment plate rotor volume adjustment, the adjustment plate and the distance between the short section "A" axis The net increase, see Figure 1. For axial limit bearing mounted on the vertical pump pump, you can install according to the limit.
3.4.4 The amount of the end of the tight coupling bolts, the seal sleeve clamping ring set screw locking, loosen the sleeve positioning piece and twist about 45 °, with a screw on the seal chamber cover.
Test and acceptance
1 before the test preparation
1.1 to confirm that all the overhaul work has been completed, the overhaul record is complete, the overhaul quality complies with the inspection and maintenance quality standards of this code, and a test program;
1.2 Dry with nitrogen until the dew point in the pump is below the required temperature; (The methane recirculation pump should have a dew point below -70 ° C.)
1.3 double and tandem mechanical seal, should check whether the sealing liquid, separator and so on;
1.4 According to pump instructions, the gas pre-cooling pump and liquid pre-cooling, so that it reaches the operating temperature; in the pre-cooling process, according to operating instructions car;
1.5 Check lubrication, sealing liquid, material system for leaks;
1.6 hand crank should be no abnormal sound and no unevenness.
2 test
2.1 point pump, confirm the pump rotation direction. After starting the pump, check the temperature and leakage in the sealed chamber. Sealed chamber temperature should be controlled at 40 ~ 50 ℃, but the maximum can not exceed 65 ℃;
