Hongye launches YJ/H series liquid heater

In order to meet the development needs of the passenger car market, Hebei Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed the YJ/H series liquid heaters. This product has accumulated more than 40 years of experience in the independent development of the company's heaters. It has been verified by the users and praised by the actual verification of the two winters. The YJ/H series liquid heaters have the following features.

First, the series of heaters are more compact. The ignition plug step-down resistor is removed, which reduces the risk of high temperature of the exposed resistance wire. At the same time, the forward wind mode is adopted, and the air intake is smoother, effectively preventing the muddy water from splashing into the combustion chamber. The coupling body and the water jacket are connected by two rotating bolts, which is more convenient to disassemble and install. The coupling body adopts die-casting technology with high precision, high strength and light weight. The length of the whole machine is about 15mm shorter than that of the same power YJ heater, but the installation and fixing methods are unchanged. The solenoid valve to the oil pump is connected by a copper tube, which is resistant to wear, is not easy to fold, and is more durable. Hongye Company has applied for a national utility model patent for this structure and control function.

Second, the series of heaters are safe, intelligent and reliable. The YJ/H series liquid heater adopts a powerful single-chip microcomputer to control the whole process of each load, and has a constant temperature control function. The heater inlet water temperature can be controlled by double temperature according to demand. In the region where the minimum temperature in winter is higher than -10 °C, the low gear can be used, and the heater will be more energy-saving. In low-level operation, the shutdown temperature is 700 ° C, and the restart temperature is 600 ° C; in high-end operation, the shutdown temperature is 780 ° C, and the restart temperature is 650 ° C. The glow plug and the main motor operate at constant voltage throughout the operating voltage range.

The heater has an overvoltage and undervoltage protection function. When the heater voltage exceeds 10~15V (DC12V) and 19~32V (DC24V), the fault indicator is displayed by the combustion indicator and the load is cut off. When the motor, solenoid valve, glow plug, ignition sensor, overheating sensor is short-circuited or open circuited, the heater will automatically protect and stop working. The heater can also read the fault of the heater through an external fault diagnostic device, which is convenient for the driver and the maintenance personnel to judge.

In the reliable control of the heater, the focus is on data acquisition. The water temperature and overheating sensor adopt imported thermistor, which is stable and reliable, and has sensitive control with an accuracy of ±0.50 °C. When there is no coolant or insufficient coolant in the system, the heater can be quickly protected to prevent the heater from drying. It is judged that the fire method adopts the patented technology (ZL00254078.9) without electric shock signal, high sensitivity, good consistency, and can reliably indicate the fire and control the shutdown.

Third, the heater is more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. The main motor of the heater adopts the automatic step-down starting technology. The ignition time is reduced from the previous 40 seconds to the current 20 seconds. There is no step-down resistor, the power consumption is small, the starting current is reduced from 18A to 6A, and the battery power is used when the temperature is low. The combustion heat transfer of the heater is the core of the heater research and development. Hongye Company uses the imported simulation software to carry out the numerical simulation calculation and analysis of the gas flow, atomization and combustion process in the heater combustion chamber, and has undergone a large number of experimental demonstrations. Continuously optimize the structure and parameters of the whole machine, improve the combustion efficiency (more than 85%), and the exhaust emission of the heater is better than (equivalent to) the engine Euro IV emission standard.
