Bosch Schaeffler assists Scuderi to develop air hybrid engine (figure)

The Scuderi Group and its independent research laboratory were assisted with its critical CFD study; Gates provided engine belts.

According to ScuderiGroup, according to the latest modeling and test data, its Air-Hybrid engine can achieve:

The fuel economy is much higher than current gasoline and diesel engines;

Nitrogen emissions can be reduced by 80% compared to current gasoline and diesel engines;

Provides greater torque and power than traditional engines

By using similar or commonly used parts, the manufacturing and mold cost increase caused by this technology is minimized.
