The reporter learned that the proposed acquisition company has 36 major operating subsidiaries incorporated in Singapore, Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands and China and operates 24 water supply, sewage treatment and reclaimed water plants in various provinces in China. The total construction volume is 1.54 million tons per day. The treated water plant has reached a disposal capacity of 920,000 tons per day, while the amount of water treatment to be built or under construction is 620,000 tons per day.
