(1) Always check whether the wiring plugs on the weighing indicator are loose, whether the wiring is broken, and whether the grounding cable is secure.
(2) When the weighing indicator is not used for a long period of time (eg more than one month), the power supply should be checked according to environmental conditions so as to avoid the impact of dampness or other adverse gas erosion on reliability.
(3) The weighing indicator should be kept away from sources of heat and vibration.
(4) There should be no flammable or explosive gas or dust in the use environment.
(5) The inductive load, such as the doorbell, shall not be connected to the same phase of the weighing indicator.
(6) When the weighing indicator is not used for a long time, when the fuse is replaced, the position is moved, or the dust is removed, the power must be turned off.
(7) If the weighing indicator instrument fails, it should be cut off quickly, and then inform the professional to check and deal with it. The user shall not disassemble the chassis at random, and must not replace the internal parts at random.
(8) Operators and instrument maintenance personnel are required to go through special training to perform operations and maintenance.
(9) Weighing display instrument power supply: AC187V ~ 242V, 50Hz. When necessary, AC voltage regulators should be added.
