3, feeding system

The feeding system determines how the material enters the color filter "field of view" and leaves the color sorter after the sorting is completed.

4, nozzle performance

The cause of the failure: the temperature difference between the material and the trough is too large; the trough is agglomerated; the trough is scratched

5, the solenoid valve moves frequently

9, the color sorter often stops

The cause of the fault: the sensitivity is too high; the background plate is improperly adjusted; the raw material contains too much impurities; the color sorter has insufficient supply pressure; the air pressure protection often occurs.

Treatment method: re-adjust the sensitivity; readjust the background plate; reduce the output; check the air pressure; re-adjust if the air path is too far; clean or replace the filter element to make the line smooth

10, air compressor failure

Fault reason: The three-phase winding of the motor is damaged; the AC contactor is damaged or the contact is bad; the thermal relay is damaged or the contact is bad; the 380v power supply is out of phase; the three-phase voltage is unbalanced; the control switch line is damaged or abnormal.

Treatment method: replace the motor; repair or replace the AC contactor; repair or replace the heat relay; repair the power supply line; adjust the transformer to balance the three-phase power supply; check the control switch and circuit.
