1. Preparation before operation

(1) The rear part of the biogas slurry and residue truck should be as close as possible to the operating point and parked.  

(2) Pull the return oil tank's straight cock rotating handle to the angle of about 45° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe. Observe the oil inlet pipe and there should be lubricating oil flow.  

(3) Open the side door of the walk-in box, remove the suction hose, and swing it back without bending.

2. Pumping operation

(1). The suction hose should be as deep as possible into the feces to ensure that the pipe end is always 300mm below the liquid level during the operation.  

(2) Push the four-way valve handle vertically to the ground.  

(3). Hitch the transmission to neutral, then start the engine, disconnect the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to pull the file, and the vacuum pump starts to run.  

(4) Open the cabin tool box, pull out the alarm switch, and turn it on.  

(5) The operator should pay attention to monitoring the situation near the entrance of the suction hose, and use appropriate tools to block the debris so as to avoid blocking.  

(6) The operator can pass the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the sight glass, the operator should be notified that the coworker should quickly pull the suction hose away from the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the sounder will emit audible and visual signals at this time. When the driver receives the signal, the throttle should be reduced. The power take-off switch is pushed forward and the gear is removed. The vacuum pump stops moving and presses the switch to cut off the power. .  

(7) Close the filling tank through the cock rotating plate and enter the axis of the mailbox.  

(8) After flushing the hose, place it back in the walkway box, close the side door, and place the boom over the cab.  

(8) Close the anti-overflow valve so that the handle is perpendicular to the axis of the road.  

(9) Drive the biogas slurry and residue truck away from the operation site.

3. Drainage operations

(1) Move the suction hose towards the storage tank.

This large-scale rural area is not suitable for use in rural areas. Therefore, it is not suitable for rural use of three-wheeled slag-retarding vehicles.

Biogas slurry truck - Installation and maintenance

Sixth, the proper installation of the biogas slurry bioslag vehicle vacuum manure pump, the basic knowledge of the use of maintenance:  

Before the installation of the biogas slurry and biogas slag truck, the appropriate pump, angle iron and clamp are used to install the pump under the car beam. The oil will cause gaps and lubrication of the oil, but the oil in the pump will also be discharged. When the gas is pumped out of the pump, it is necessary to install a primary and secondary oil-gas separator on the outside of the exhaust port to fully separate the oil and gas. The oil is recovered and then used by the pump. The gas is discharged into the atmosphere, making the pump run smoothly without pollution. And energy saving.  

The proper installation of the biogas slurry bioslag vehicle vacuum manure pump, the matters that should be paid attention to in the use and maintenance:  

1. Pipelines are not allowed to leak, otherwise the biogas slurry and residue truck will not work.  

2. The biogas slurry slag truck vat must be equipped with spill-prevention devices. Otherwise, the biogas slurry slag truck can easily take the fecal waste water into the vacuum pump and damage the entire system.  

3. The connection between the oil separator of the primary oil and gas separator and the oil return port of the secondary oil and gas separator and the oil suction pipe of the biogas slurry slag truck must be either rigid pipe or hard oil resistant rubber hose (steel wire braided hose). Thermally deformed plastic tubes are not allowed.  

4. When using a new slurry pump, a slurry pump should be added with 1-2 liters of N32 mechanical oil directly into the pump. When used in cold areas in the northeast and northwest, it should be added with No. 32 refrigerating machine oil.  

A moisture separator should be installed at the suction port of the pump.
