Its main functions are: front punch, rear sprinkler, side sprinkler, anti-aircraft gun, self-priming, fire six functions.

Second, the working principle

The sprinkler uses the engine power of the vehicle to drive the on-board sprinkler pump through the power take-off device. The water in the tank body is transported from the water inlet to the nozzles through the pipeline to achieve various functions.

Third, the basic components:

1. Chassis: The chassis of the trucks such as Howo, Foton, Dongfeng, Jianghuai, etc. are used. After refitting, the performance of the vehicle is the same as that of the original vehicle. The operation instructions of the truck should be used during operation.

2. Power take-off box: mounted on the consolidation box, there are two types of left and right. The main function is to take out the engine power and transmit it to the on-board water pump through the transmission shaft. Its operation function refers to the power take-off manual.

3 , water pump: self-priming sprinkler or centrifugal pump, its performance and parameters are detailed in the oil pump instructions.

4. Sprinkler pipes: The pipes of the sprinkler truck include the entrance and exit, front punch, rear spout, side spout, high-pressure gun, four-way ball valves, and filter tee.

5. The structure of the water tank is elliptic cylinder or trapezoidal body. It is made of high-quality steel plate. The whole tank can be divided into single or multiple positions. The chamber can be divided into chambers. There are through holes at the lower end of the intermediate baffle. Anti-wave separators to reduce the impact of water in the tank during driving and improve the strength of the tank. In order to prevent corrosion, anti-rust paints and decorative paints are applied on the surface of the tank body.

The sprinkler inlet and outlet water control valve adopts a four-position three-way ball valve. The structure is as shown in the figure. During use, the direction corresponding to the red dot on the valve stem indicates that the direction is in the closed state. The illustrated position indicates that the A direction is in a closed state and B and C are in communication.

Fourth, the operating procedures

1 Preparation before use

( 1 ) When the sprinkler uses the river ditch or pond as a water source, pay attention to that all the ends of the suction pipe are not in the water.

( 2 ) Before the centrifugal water pump pumps absorb water, a certain amount of water must be added to the water pump. After the water pump is added, the water inlet must be closed. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to divert water. ( 3 ) It is unnecessary to add water afterwards.

( 4 ) Check the oil level in the gearbox to the lower edge of the oil bolt hole. If insufficient, add gear oil.

( 5 ) Check the transmission control lever to a neutral position, check the position of the power take-off handle, and make it horizontal to the right. Check the throttle controller to make it minimum.

2 Sprinkler control

( 1 ) Start

1.1 Connect the relevant pipe, start the engine, step on the clutch pedal, and open the power take-off box to switch it to gear. (Before the water sprinkling vehicle or before watering, the power take-off device must be stopped while parking.) 1.2 Through the throttle controller, the operating speed of the sprinkler pump can be controlled.

( 2 ) Stop

Push the throttle controller to the minimum speed and step down the clutch pedal to pull the power take-off control switch back to the original position to make the power take off box. 3 Check after use

V. Operation Instructions

( 1 ) Add water to the tank : water can be added through the tank port, or water can be added to the tank through the pump. The operating procedure is: connect a water pipe at the water inlet, connect the water pipe to the water source, and mark the four-position three-way ball valve. To position A , connect BC , open ball valve 1 , close water inlet ball valve 2 and all other sprinkler ball valves, pull power switch to pull water pump to work, then add water to tank, switch back Bit.

( 2 ) Sprinkling: Turn the mark of the four-position three-way valve 1 to B so that the AC can communicate with each other. Close the ball valves 1 and 2 and the unused sprinklers, open the sprinkler to be used, and pull the power take-off switch to make the pump work. , you can begin to sprinkle water, stop the power take-off switch, and the valve aftertaste.

( 3 ) Mobile pump station: Pump water from A to B through the pump of the vehicle. Its operating procedure is

Connect the water inlet to the water source, connect the storage water container at the water outlet, screw the mark of the four- position three-way valve to the A position, make the BC communicate, open the ball valve 2 , close the ball valve 1 and all the sprinklers, pull the power The switch can make the pump work as the pump station when the pump starts working. When the pump stops working, the switches return.

( 4 ) For firefighting use: The sprinkler also serves as an emergency firefighting device through the vehicle's water pump and fire protection interface. Its operating procedure is to connect the firefighting equipment at the fire control interface, open the fire interface ball valve, close the ball valves 1 and 2 , and close the other sprinkler heads. The mark of the four- position three-way valve is screwed to the position B so that the AC can communicate with each other and the power take-off switch is pulled so that the water pump starts working. At this time, the fire fighting water can be provided through the fire fighting interface. The switches return to their positions when they are stopped.

6. Maintenance and Safety of Sprinklers

1. The use and maintenance of the chassis and engine parts of the vehicle shall be carried out in accordance with the instruction manual of the truck.

2 , the use and maintenance of the pump, strictly in accordance with its use and maintenance instructions.

4. Before the advent of winter, sprinklers should empty the water in the pumps and pipes to prevent freezing.

5. The water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum when the sprinkler is absorbing water in order to suck water into the tank. Therefore, the inlet pipe system must be sealed and reliable .

6. After each work is completed, the valve handles should be turned to the closed state.

7. Each valve should not be half open, so as not to affect the sealing performance.

8 , after each work is completed, should be promptly covered with inlet and outlet cover block.

9 , the water loading should not exceed the rated loading quality (converted according to the density of water).

10 , the power take-off device must be carried out while parking.
